3.1 Account Creation

3.2 Eligibility

4. Course Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

Course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Money Wealthway.

4.2 Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Course prices are subject to change without notice

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Student Cancellations:
  • More than 30 days before course: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • 15-30 days before course: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before course: No refund
• Company Cancellations: Full refund or credit toward future courses
• Weather Cancellations: Courses may be rescheduled or refunded due to extreme weather conditions

5. Course Participation and Safety

5.1 Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition to participate in outdoor photography activities. You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

5.2 Safety Guidelines

• Follow all instructor safety guidelines
• Respect wildlife and maintain safe distances
• Use appropriate safety equipment when provided
• Report any safety concerns immediately

5.3 Assumption of Risk

Wildlife photography involves inherent risks including but not limited to exposure to wildlife, outdoor environments, and weather conditions. Participants assume these risks voluntarily.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, course materials, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting photos, comments, or other content to our website or social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content for educational and marketing purposes.

6.3 Participant Photography

You retain ownership of photographs you take during our courses. However, we may request permission to use your images for promotional purposes with proper attribution.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

12. Equipment and Insurance

12.1 Personal Equipment

Participants are responsible for their own photography equipment. We recommend comprehensive insurance coverage for valuable equipment.

12.2 Equipment Recommendations

Equipment recommendations are provided as guidance only. We are not responsible for equipment purchases based on our recommendations.

13. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services at any time
• Update course content and locations
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Modify these Terms of Service

14. Termination
